Pleasant Stay

"The hotel is convenient to many attractions in the Bay area. Shopping and restaurants are close by. The room was comfortable and clean, but was showing its age. There were a couple of maintenance issues, the only one of consequence was the A/C unit. It worked fine, but the condensation drain was apparently plugged because it leaked on the floor and saturated the carpet nearby. On the plus side, the manager made an effort to correct the situation. The WIFI signal was the best of any place the I have experienced. I can't think of a reason why I would need to stay in the area again in the future, but if I did I would definitely consider returning to this location. The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. It seems to be a family run property and they do what they can to make customers feel welcome and valued. "
